Managers S.A. started its activities in Argentina in 1994, rendering

recovery of organizations with different problems of governability.

flexible management ability, to deal with the immediate execution
of projects or development of new businesses.
Managers S.A. –operated by means of shareholders or by the

with customers have encouraged widening Managers S.A services to different
operational fields, but with an specific focus on MANAGEMENT.
The Human Capital Management Division, comes from a long management
experience that has proved that human groups management is an operational
part of business strategy, and thus, it is top directors responsibility
the definition, training and assessment of people. Managers S.A. professional
team abilities count with the representation of Cambridge Leadership Associates
(CLA), leadership consulting practice founded by Harvard professors, Ronald
Heifetz and Marty Linsky. CLA works with individuals and organizations
committed to finding a better, faster way of making the changes necessary
to reach their strategic goals and thrive in a changing world.
Supply Management Division has its origins in the identification
of important opportunities of improvement in business results, incorporating
all kinds of adequate purchase management tools. Managers S.A. Strategic
Supply Program has excellent results in organizations which- despite being
well managed in general terms- dedicate specific professional resources
to achieve subtle improvements in comprehensive supply processes.
Managers Group, developed by market requirements, in 2003 has incorporated
Technology and Management Division. In this division many projects are
developed regarding the proper use of technology for organization management.
C&M Technology and Management is a venture that results from the strategic
alliance between Managers S.A. and Cazenave & Asociados S.A., which
scope of services is detailed in the corresponding section.
Regional service offering
Managers Group has broaden its geographical area of professional services
with the incorporation of Eastern Republic of Uruguay in the opening of
offices in Uruguay, Colombia and Brasil, rendering the same change management
services which characterize the firm.
