As a result of a large professional activity developed in Colombia in the 80’s and early 90’s by some Manager S.A. partners, and of the close relationship with an outstanding group of Colombian professionals with wide experience in High Management in important companies in that country markets, in the first quarter of 2003 it was decided to explore the possibility of broadening Managers S.A. action to said territory.

After a detailed market analysis, there was a need of having equivalent professional services in Colombia to those rendered by Managers S.A., and in November 2003 MANAGERS DE COLOMBIA S.A. was created in association with Colombian acknowledged experienced professionals, Hernán Díaz del Castillo, Gustavo Sintes y Jaime Urquijo.
