	• Management of "temporal administration" complying with the Business Plan

4º	As from the fulfillment of goals foreseen in Managers S.A. contract
	• Selection of the permanent management team that will remain in the company
	• Progressive independence from Managers S.A. professional group
	• Counseling the Board until new conduction team’s consolidation

5º	Once the contract with Managers S.A. is finished
