Technology and Management Division allows customer companies to
focus on their strategic capacities, by carrying out certain activities
with high potential for value generation, that can be outsourced
using Managers S.A. technological and operative capacity.
From this operative area, Managers S.A. can render services to
companies, institutions, chambers, private or public facilities
that work with large volume data bases, either by counseling them
or by rendering the complete services of design, development,
implementation and management systems, creating technological
applications adapted to the complexity of each case and with the
needed confidentiality required in these kind of activities.
The operation of Independent Data Base allows spending reduction
and operative improvement by taking profit from the benefits of
centralized information for a more efficient process management
in a unified way, giving way to the following activities among
others:

of a given activity sector
• Operation lay-out in different companies for
the same development
• Invoicing on behalf of different companies
to a common customer

To-date experience
In the year 2003 the strategic alliance with Cazenave & Asociados
S.A. was formalized jointly integrating “Managers S.A. Unión
Transitoria de Empresas”, a partnership that commercially
operates under the abbreviation of C&M Technology and Management”
to develop a system for leading companies in the seeding sector
to keep the highest levels of investigations based on the acknowledgement
of the efforts made on behalf of the farmers.
For this reason a Technological Linking Agreement took place with
ARPOV (Asociación de Protección de Variedades Vegetales)
[Association of Vegetables Variety Protection] which facilitated
the development of SRE system that allows the operation of Independent
Data Base of that sector.
